Wholesalers Assistance Program

We are offering a wholesalers assistance program on FlipLocator.com. If you are a wholesaler who buys and sells rehab properties at a rate of 10+ a month we will help you sell your rehabs. Here is how it works, you simply place us on your buyers list, and we will place your homes on Fliplocator.com and through out the internet. If you find a buyer for your homes yourself, of course you pay us nothing. However, if we provide you with a buyer you pay us a $1,000 fee. This is all. We do not require anything more than a verbal agreement.

This program is only for Wholesalers who qualify. If you deal more than 10+ homes a month, and each home is at or better than 75% LTV AFTER repairs then please contact us. We will do a huge benefit for you and get your homes out to over 5,000 investors across the nation.
